Philly means a lot of things to a lot of people. To some, Philly’s blue-collar, tough and gritty like Rocky. To others, Philly’s eclectic and edgy like the South Street scene. Yet to others it probably means rude, maniacal sports fans prone to pouring beer on the opposing team’s fans and throwing snowballs at Santa Clause.
